I'm Julie McNamara, founder of LexiCo Communications. I've worked in communications across public health, private industry and government, and launched my business in 2025 to help organisations tell their stories clearly and effectively. 

I help executives and brands secure media coverage, build their profiles and reach the audiences that matter most.

My career began in print journalism, fuelling a lifelong passion for media and storytelling. Most recently, as a Senior Communications Manager at Mahlab, I was a finalist in two categories of the 2024 SABRE Asia-Pacific Awards for my media strategy promoting HR research. 

I'm based on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast and work with clients across Australia. Outside of work, I'm a mum to twin girls who keep life busy and entertaining.
